Service Description

Wedding Management option starts 4-6 months before wedding and is for the couple who LOVES to plan. The couple confident with design, hiring vendors and navigating the wedding planning process knowing that they’ve hired a professional to help execute it all! This option allows us to button up all the details and make sure your day is a seamless dream. Our goal is for you to be able to spend your time with those closest to you, laughing and enjoying your special day without having to worry about the details. You and your family will be able to focus on the celebration while we tie up the loose ends. What is included? • 1 coordinator and 1 assistant on the wedding day (more if needed) up to 12 hours • 3-4 wedding planning meetings: first one at booking then one 4-the remaining 3 months before, 1 month before and week before your wedding if needed. • Creation of a detailed wedding day timeline & floor plan • Communication with all wedding vendors the month prior to the wedding to confirm details and distributing final payments and tips for you the day of the wedding. • Coordination and attendance of the wedding rehearsal • Assistance with setup of personal décor items example: welcome sign, guest book or item, personalized signs you have had made and favors. (Decorating services are an add on and not included with this option) • On-site Wedding Day Management • Access to some of our rental items for discount prices. (Examples: vases, risers, chargers, candles and artificial floral towers. • Unlimited texting availability during planning process.
